The business and financial solutions are vertically and horizontally enhanced by very specific niche solutions for distribution, manufacturing, service, business intelligence management and customer relationship management industries. OppSoft is positioned not to only sell, implement and support business and financial solutions for short term gains, it offers companies proven growth strategies that match their strategic objectives for long term gains.

Management Team

OppSoft is the result of a shared vision between Omar Sary and Jim Yuelapwan, its founders. They saw a vacuum where business owners and decision makers not only wanted to have access to their critical data in real time to make better and faster decisions, they were also seeking advice on how to sustain growth and to achieve higher profits.

OppSoft co-founder Omar Sary was the Director of International Business Development and Professional Services at AccountMate Software Corporation, a manufacturer of accounting software for small and Mid-Size businesses. He has expanded AccountMate's market penetration worldwide by developing a strong network of distributors and Business Partners and has spearheaded the creation of their Professional Services Program.

Prior to joining AccountMate, Mr. Sary had first-hand experience in the Accounting Software Industry internationally in the role of International Sales Manager at SBT Accounting Systems. He held that position from 1997 until the acquisition of SBT by ACCPAC. During his tenure at ACCPAC, Omar was charged with the development of several international business growth areas, including the Caribbean, Latin America and the expansion of the ACCPAC source products in Africa. He was instrumental in securing key clients such as:

• The Red Cross with installations in over 40 countries
• Texaco in Africa with over 19 installations
• Sara Lee and Motorola with over 12 installations in Asia Pacific

Mr. Sary has a degree in Business Administration from California State University at Fullerton with an emphasis in International Business. He speaks four languages: English, French, Arabic and Spanish.

OppSoft co-founder Jim Yuelapwan served as Director of Technical Services at AccountMate Software Corporation, handling both the domestic and off-shore support sites. Mr. Yuelapwan began his AccountMate career in 1999 as an Application Development Consultant where he worked on many consulting and software modification projects. After a rapid career growth, he assumed leadership of both the Customer Service and Technical Support departments which he skillfully turned around. Combining strong industry experience and business leadership skills, he conducted the best run departments in the history of the company; achieving and sustaining superior customer satisfaction and 100% product fulfillment rate. Under his executive position, Mr. Yuelapwan redesigned the AccountMate Quality Assurance processes and was instrumental in the design of an In-House QA automation tool as well as brought innovation to user documentation. Passionate about Web technologies, he spearheaded the design and development of the technical area of the AccountMate website.

Mr. Yuelapwan holds a B.S. degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from California State University, Chico where, among other applications, he gained background in SAP Basis and FI. He speaks three languages: English, French and Chinese.
